Jonas Modeling New Hat

Our friend from Boston sent Jonas a new hat...maybe a little bit too big for him so far, but he really enjoyed modeling it, as you can see! I suppose the "B" TECHNICALLY stands for Boston... but you all know what it REALLY stands for!

Dixie says...

Dixie wonders..."When am I going to get my bed back?"

"And when am I going to get my DADDY back?"

I Like to Play!

When he's not eating or sleeping, Jonas likes to play! Here are some pictures...

He really likes to read...

...and to sit in his bouncy-seat and kick the toys as hard as he can! Sometimes he needs to take a break and rest his feet up on the bar.

He also likes to lay on his back and watch his Baby Einstein play gym, or watch mom and dad wave his blocks in front of his face. We get lots of smiles this way!

Ben's Triathlon

As if becoming a daddy wasn't enough of a challenge this summer, Ben decided he wanted to do his first triathlon! On August 12th he did it - 1/3 mile swim, 15 mile bike, and 3 mile run - in Hudson, WI. He had a big cheering section and two of his friends joined him in the race. They all did a great job (nobody drowned) and now Ben is hooked!

The Fighting Kentuckian

We had an exciting road trip to Kentucky in July so Jonas could meet all of Ben's extended family! In only two days, we were able to meet up with Grandpa's side and Grandma's side! Jonas loved meeting everyone, especially his Great-grandpa and Great-grandma.
