Florida Vacation

Last week Ben and I were faced with a decision - stay cooped up in the house with a 2 week-old and 21 month-old for a week during Ben's spring break...or, take the whole crew to Florida to spend the week on the beach with Grandma & Grandpa M. and Uncle Alex and family. We opted for the warm weather, and at the last minute bought plane tickets to Tampa. (So the government can thank us - our economic stimulus package is already spent!)

We finished up the week back in the snow with Ben's family for Easter. Here are the cousins: Noelle, Jonas, Miles, and Joshua. Jonas had a blast playing with all of his cousins, but had a hard time switching gears. He kept calling Noelle the wrong name after spending the whole week with Abbie!

Leap Year Baby!!

He's here! Miles Anton was born on February 29th at 9:09 AM! He was 8 lbs 3 oz and 20 3/4 inches long. Just a tiny bit bigger than Jonas was at birth. Everything went really well and we came home from the hospital this afternoon.

In case you're wondering, Miles is just a name we like, and Anton is after my Great-grandpa on my dad's side.

Jonas seems to be warming up to his little brother, and was even trying to share his new Elmo with Miles at the hospital.
