Ready for fall

As you can see, Jonas has been resting up for a busy fall.

He wanted to try on his Luther Norse T-shirt in preparation for cheering on Uncle Nic (a new Norse wrestler) and for visiting Luther for Mommy and Daddy's 5 year (gulp!) class reunion.

With the recent chilly weather, Jonas had a chance to pull out the hat and sweater that Grandma M. knit for him last year, several months before he was even born! Oh, how time flies! He enjoyed the hike...although Dixie (the black blur over my right shoulder) probably enjoyed it a little bit more.

That fresh air sure does wear a baby out!

What We're Up To

We have been busy lately! We went to Manitowoc, WI, to cheer on Ben as he competed in his 2nd triathlon. Now I think he can truly be called a triathlete!

Ben has also been busy working on the upstairs of our house. His brother (who acutally knows what he's doing) came down to help last weekend, and since I had to work, Grandma Judy and Grandpa spent some quality time with Jonas. He looks pretty comfy napping with Grandma!

When I'm off of work, Jonas and I've been running lots of errands together. One day, we took Dixie to the beauty salon. Isn't she pretty?

Jonas has been hard at work perfecting the art of blowing bubbles. He proudly displayed his new talent when we went to visit Grandma and Grandpa M. on Labor Day.

Sometimes, he gets into it SO much, that we have to put a bib on him!

When he's not blowing bubbles, Jonas loves to play under his baby gym (check out the monkey feet), chew on his hands, and take a bath!
